1 Introduction & Applicability

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the ha555 platform and all its services. By registering, logging in, or using the platform in any way, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

2 Age & Eligibility Requirements

3 Account Registration & Verification

When registering an account on ha555, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. Registering with false or misleading information may result in the immediate suspension or closure of the account and forfeiture of the balance.

• A maximum of one account per individual is permitted.

4 Account Suspension & Closure

ha555 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Evidence of operating multiple accounts.
• Detection of bonus abuse or fraudulent betting patterns.
• Confirmed to be a minor.

5 Deposits

The following payment methods may be used to deposit funds on ha555: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).

• Deposit transactions are generally processed instantly.

6 Withdrawals

7 Welcome Bonus

A 200% welcome bonus of up to ৳10,000 is available when you open an account and make your first deposit on ha555.

• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳2,000 in bonus — total balance will be ৳3,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳12,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳10,000 — total balance will be ৳22,000.
• A 10x wagering requirement must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit.

8 General Bonus Rules

The following general rules apply to all ha555 promotions and bonuses:

• Specific terms and conditions for each bonus offer will be stated separately.
• Claiming a promotional offer more than once is prohibited.
• ha555 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and related winnings if evidence of bonus abuse is found.

9 General Betting Rules

Cricket (including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL), football, kabaddi, and other sports markets are available on ha555.

• Bets will be settled only after the official result is announced.
• If a match is cancelled or postponed, the settlement rules for related bets will be determined according to the individual market's terms.
• Odds in live betting may change at any time.
• Any involvement in activities related to individual player performance manipulation or match fixing is strictly prohibited.

11 Casino Games
